Can we package Microsofte Fix files ? MicrosoftEasyFix20166.mini.diagcab type of files? How to deploy .diagcab files silently through?

It is a Microsoft fix file and tried deploying through AutomatedFixUnattended.ps1 file Script will run successfully but not the fix file.



C:\Windows\system32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\powershell.exe -NoLogo -ExecutionPolicy RemoteSigned -Command "%~dp0AutomatedFixUnattended.ps1" "%~dp0MicrosoftEasyFix20166.mini.diagcab"  didnot work

  • Powershell wont understand %~dp0, this is a batch command for Current Directory. - rileyz 5 years ago
    • In PowerShell you can use $PSScriptRoot\Filename.
      $PSScriptRoot is Current Directory. - Ziggi 5 years ago
      • Yes i do understand , but here my question is Can we silently install this MicrosoftEasyFix20166.mini.diagcab type of files?

        I tried to call "AutomatedFixUnattended.ps1" file in Batch script but fix is not applied successfully. - sneha k 5 years ago
