Clear Queued Mails
Hello IT Ninja Community,
We have a servicedesk queue in use. Due to a configuration error, an incorrect username was entered for the SMTP settings a month ago. As a result, no emails could be sent during this period. We entered the correct username two days ago, and since then, our users have been spammed with emails. Kace is sending all the emails that were requested since the misconfiguration. Is there a way to clear the Kace mail queue?

Since the SMA is an appliance, you need to call support as you do not have root access. The other option is waiting ~7 days as the message will expire and be removed.
