Software Deployment

I have created this dialog box that pops up after the welcome screen. in that dialog box i have a ComboBox that takes user input. Ive setup the dialogbox & everything & the combobox.
But when installing the app, the ComboBox somehow does not show on that screen. Since i know the location of the ComboBox, i click in that area & then it shows up... but otherwise it doesnt.

I have set the First Tab to be the ComboBox, Ive set it to be at Front, visible .. & everything.. but somehow it doenst show up..

Any suggestions on how to go by fixing it..?? i'd really appriciate it.
