Configmgr Restarts Computer is set but PC never reboots

App does install but never reboots. looked at logs and looks like stuck in loop. Execution Manager timer has been fired over and over.  SCCM 2007 W7 clients. Any ideas? I want to just force a reboot with no timer.

On my mobile.

Have you checked the check box for ignore maintenance window? It won't reboot if it's inside of that window unless checked.

Also, check the exemgr logs in the ccm folder to see what's it's doing.
