Configuring multiple repositories for patching / software distribution.
Hello,
I am fairly new to KACE and am finding my way around the product. I have been told that in our current v7.2 installation we have a couple of repositories for our other sites. However I am unsure how this has been done and how to replicate this to the new V10 server that I am currently building.
Can anyone point me in the right direction to set this up?
Thanks

Thank you.
I think it maybe my explanation. We have a second server running V10 and the current server running v7.2. I have been told we have a couple of repositories for KACE so that the clients can access the local repository opposed to going over the WAN to get updates etc. It is this I am unsure on how to configure. - Morpheus83uk 4 years ago-
Sounds like you have questions about "Distribution › Replication" . You will need to make sure your devices are upgraded to a 10.0.x Agent. More information about setting up replication can be found in the product documentation ("Need Help?" tab) or at support.quest.com.

There are a few knowledge base articles on the replication topic that can be found here.

Go to Distribution | Replication to set it up.
See here for setting it up:

Please be aware that the "old" agents need to contact the new box to work with the new box, so if possible, update the old one to the latest version as Kevin suggested - Nico_K 4 years ago
