Yes.. I tried to contact the person who reposted it.. no response yet.. I removed from the rule I posted.. Anyway.. it is here and it is about the 11th line in the select starement.. if you could just replace the indicated domain with 'mydomain.com' or something. https://www.itninja.com/question/custom-ticket-rule-for-notification-on-queue-change - barchetta 2 years ago
