CPU Inventory details

Is there a way to get the reports to show the CPU details?  I have the option checked to include the CPU information but all that is displayed in the reprot is "CPU Chip".  In the hardware section of the Computer Detail in Kace I get the CPU chip count, core count and processor speed, this is the info I need.  Kace is detailoing it from the device but how do I get it into my reports?

  • There is already a precanned report. Have you tried that?

  • Yes, and I found the issue, the spreadsheet only displays the one row, if I expand all the rows the info is there. - jmmctighe 10 years ago
