Create Response Transform Programmatically in AdminStudio

I'm trying to create a process for our Packaging Team after we've been forced to move to AdminStudio 2014 and I can't seem to find a method to create a Response Transform automagically.
If you start Tuner, click new transform you can put the MSI, the MST and check a box to create the response transform which will runt he dialogs for the install and capture the settings..
From a process I can start the Tuner and pass it the parameters for the MSI/MST but I can't for the life of me locate a parameter to pass to enable the response transform?
Wise Package Studio did this with no issues...
Any help would be most gratefully accepted

I'm not in front of my AS set-up so I can't check but you can determine pretty easily if a product has an object model - look in the registry! Or, if you're really idle, use an object browser. Or, if you're really patient, ask the vendor!
