crystal report 2008 sp3

hi all

 

i am working on crystal report 2008 sp3. it works fine with msi and mst but upon first launch from start /menu it asks for registration. so my question is how i can suppress this registration? Also it does not do clean uninstallation. there will be folder in c:/programme files upon uninstallation. how i can delete this folder through mst? is there any custom action i can use.

 

ur advice will be helpful.
