Crystal Reports v.10 Standard
Hello,
I have created a transform for this application, and everything seems to be working fine upon installation except for the PIDKEY. Upon application launch following the installation, I am prompted to enter the Product ID key. Once entered, it creates a binary value (named "Default" ) for the Product ID Key under the following key. However, I cannot export a this binary value to a .reg file and then import it into the package prior to distribution.
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Crystal Decisions\10.0\Crystal Reports\Keycodes\CR Std]
Here is the command line:
msiexec.exe /i "scrstd.msi" TRANSFORMS="our.mst" PIDKEY=XXXXX-XXXXXXX-XXXXXXX REBOOT=ReallySuppress ADDLOCAL=ALL /qb
I have read through the forums and package articles but nothing has seemed to work thus far. Does anyone know why the PIDKEY property set on the command line isn't working? Can anyone point me in the right direction?
