Customize All Emails
Hi! Good evening! Guys Are you okay? Hope so. The links sent by email via Menu: Customize All Emails started to not work anymore
In which inside the message I am directing the link: http://empresa/userui/ticket?ID=$ticket_id
referring to $ticket_id - requested.
When we click on the link generated for the Ticket.. this link changes to: http://empresa/userui/ticket?ID=%24ticket_id
Not opening the direct link with the selected Ticket.
Has anyone gone through something similar?

%24 is the HTML code for the $. Do you have any new SPAM filtering systems that convert links in your emails to a protected link? Mimecast and others will do this and it can cause this type of issue.
If you do have this type of service, I would whitelist your helpdesk email so it does not convert the links.

Good Morning! JordanNolan - alright? thanks for the feedback, this problem is occurring as soon as I save the link inside the form in kace.... for some reason, the $ symbol automatically changes to %24.it was working and stopped by itself.. could it be something in the database?

When editing the link, click the Link icon (looks like a chain) to edit the link. Don't just use the editor window. See if that helps. - JordanNolan 2 years ago

I'm following exactly this procedure and even so the link shows %24 and corrects when changed, very strange this happens - could it be something in the database referring to this queue? - BRUNOPEREIRA 2 years ago
