Default Environment settings

I have already figured out how to create and unnattend file and deploy silently but i need to also skip the "Default Environment Settings" dialog on first run and set the default programing language to C#.  Also we run our desktops with volitile local users and it would be nice if i could somehow avoid the "Microsoft visual studio is loading user settings" window and have those settings either in public user settings or put into the default user settings.

Just compare two snapshots (before launching application and after shut down of it). Then you will know what files or registries were created in the user profile.
