Deploying a 3rd Party Basic MSI using an MST in Slient Mode

I am using Wise Install Tailor to create an MST for a third party MSI created using Installshield. The developer has told me it is only a Basic MSI, but from my current reading you can still apply MST for Basic MSI. We use GPO to deploy MSI to the desktops, but I am having an issue with the MSI not supporting slient installation, it just hangs like it is expecting the input still, even though there is only a basic interface.
Install Tailor complaions during the MST creation that the package doesn't support hiding dialogs. Any ideas on how to get this thing out with GPO and a MST?
