Deploying AutoCAD 2009 to Vista clients using SCCM

I am hitting an issue here. Currently I am attempting to deploy the AutoCAD P&ID 2009 to vista client machines using SCCM. upon testing, found that the shortcuts do not show up in user's start menu. The package is actually deploy and publish to user. It is only visible if I publish it to allusers, which would trigger a repair once click by the user. I am not using the exe to publish then, but using the msi.
Did anyone experienced same issue? mind to share?
