The problem we ran into was it needed the Robot attached so the drivers would all get installed. We ended up creating an image with it already installed and deployed that.

Assuming a W7 OS perform a manual install and secure the drivers from C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository. Disable the Custom Actions responsible for driver installation in the msi and install the drivers with dpinst32/64.exe.
