Deploying Office 2013
I need to deploy Office 2013 to approximately 4000 PC's using Kace. I have the package built but concerned about the bandwith while deploying. Is there a way to set it so that only X amount of machines get the deployment at a time then as one finishes the next one starts? Or should I do it in groups?

I try to limit my deployments to 500 or less and don't have any bandwidth issues. Admittedly, Office 2013 will be a pretty big package (700+ MB). Are these machines all in one location? If they are not, have you considered using replication shares to deploy the package locally for all your machines?

This is going to be to multiple sites and each site already has a RS with the package synched. - JLester710 8 years ago

Your K1000 will still be impacted when the machines Inventory to kick off the process so I would still stagger the deployments. - rockhead44 8 years ago
