Deploying OpenText Enterprise Connect Framework 10.3.1 with SCCM 2012: explorer.exe closes

I try to upgrade OpenText Enterprise Connect Framework 10.2.1 to OpenText Enterprise Connect Framework 10.3.1 with SCCM 2012. It installs a plugin in the Windows Explorer. Since all SCCM deployments run under the local system account, explorer.exe closes during the install and can't be started again. The user ends up with no desktop.
I've allready tried to delete the CheckProcessesRunning custom action with Orca, with no luck.

I can use the "only when no user is logged on" property in SCCM, but this goes terribly wrong if the users logs back on to fast.

The last thing  I want to do is deploy this s*itty application via a startup group policy script :(

Extra info:

The error I get in the event viewer:

Application 'C:\Windows\explorer.exe' (pid 3780) cannot be restarted - Application SID does not match Conductor SID..

This makes sense, because the RestartManager tries to start explorer.exe under the local system account, instead of the account of the logged on users.
