differences in admin rights?
Are there any differences between the administrator account and a user account that has administrator privileges?
SVG Viewer fails to install when when I am logged in as a user with admin privlages. But installs fine when logged in as the administrator. Is the username the only difference?

Not sure. The more expereinced guys in my group say there shouldn't be any difference. But, how would I check policies?

If WinXP, log on as the user and delete the GROUPPOLICY folder in the Windows\System32 folder and then run gpupdate /force to get rid of any system policies.
