Disable/Stop iTunes from seeing if it is the default player
Hello,
How do I make iTunes NOT check to see if is the default player? In Windows 7 64bit I've found the iTunesPrefs.xml in Appdata\Roaming\Apple Computer\iTunes and another in AppData\Local\Apple Computer\iTunes
I was hoping to not blow away our users preferences, so it would be great to do this via regkey or something simple.
Also related to this issue (and if the above can't be done) is there an easy way to set everyone's machine to open all .wav files with Windows Media Player?

Use Processmon to see what things gets changes in system when you tick and untick it .
Rating comments in this legacy AppDeploy message board thread won't reorder them,so that the conversation will remain readable.
