Disable updates on Installation for IBM Support Assistant Workbench 4.1

Hello,

I've searched and I cannot find a way to disable for all users the updates for IBM Support Assistant Workbench 4.1
Is there any way to disable the updates for all users w/o them doing it manually?
Any help is appreciated.
