sharanu.sg the way you worded your question, it appeared that you were asking for someone to explain something to you, without you doing any background work yourself.
Hence the response you received because you didn't say that you'd done any investigation yourself in your post.
If you had said that you had looked on certain websites, and provided the links, but you couldn't understand quite what it was saying it would have been obvious that had done some background work and you would have received a relevant response.
You also need to look at who answered your question (pjgeutjens) - they have a high score and post count, and happen to be a highly respected member of the fora here.
The other comment is from someone who has recognised your fundamental error and congratulated pjgeutjens on his witty response.
I hope you have learned a valuable lesson and any future posts will have the kind of information we would expect from a competent technical professional.

Wow! A caustic response worthy of Monsieur VBScab himself, having a bad day perhaps ? :-)
not particularly, it was just the second question worded in pretty much the same way by this author. And I did the same search Anders did (just to be sure) which took me 2.4 seconds flat. I just get annoyed when people simply dump questions here without first trying to come up with an answer themselves. If you want me to answer those and smile, you can ask for my daily rates [;)]
I understand English is not everyone's first language, it isn't mine either, but I just got a 'lazy' vibe off this one...

Let's be nice please.....if all possible...
My remark was not meant as an insult, just the wording of the question made me feel like the OP fired it off to get a quick answer, which might have come across this way due to his English not being the greatest, it happens...
I like to think I've generally been pretty nice in these forums. In the end, no harm done, and Anders provided an answer to the question, so that's that imo
