Error 1316 when try to upgrade Remedy
Hi All,
I’m trying to do a major upgrade of Remedy but keep getting error 1316. I’ve done loads of successful upgrades before and I can’t think why this one would be different. For some reason Windows Installer is looking at the ‘Remedy 6.03.2’ directory for the 6.03.1 source when is should be looking in the Remedy 6.03.1 directory. I don’t get it, my upgrade codes are the same, the product codes are difference and the version is incremented correctly.
I have double checked my SOURCELIST and its also correct.
