Error 2753.The File 'install.exe' is not marked for installation.
Hello,
I am trying to install a fundsuite application which is a vendor msi. While installing its giving an error message "Error 2753.The File 'install.exe' is not marked for installation." Log file showing below.

The same msi running fine on other machines. Not sure whats the problem with the current machine. Please advise.

probaly an old registry entry is holding this up. I ran into the same thing a while back trying to install flash player and I had to weed the old flash entries out of the regitry to get it to work.

If you have one that works you should be able to compare the 2 registries to see the difference.
