Fixing the messenger 6.1 MSI
Hi,
I've followed the following article to create a msi file for Messenger 6.1, but it doesn't work with GPO deployment.

In the article they talk about "fixing" the package. How do I do this? Is this an option in for example Adminstudio?

Well if you tried that method and it didnt work then do a capture of the installation and try to repackage it.
If its an msi and you need to "fix" it...then do as the article says but tick "dont recompress files on save" and see how that goes.
