Flash Player 10.0.32.18
I am not able to download Flash Player 10.0.32.18 from Adobe site and instead when I go to Adobe URL then it is directly installing the Flash. Can anyone tell me any link to download the new package, as we came to know that there are vulnerabilities with the older versions.
Also do we have any customization tool to customize it ?

try opening http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ in firefox or another non IE browser
EDIT: even better, have a look at the package KB, Flash player 10x

You missed the link on that URL. Click Distribute Flash Player and it should point you to the other installer for use in enterprise deployment. You will just need to apply for a license and register and they will send you the link. Don´t worry, your company will not pay anything they just do it for marketing and security strategy I think.
I have just downloaded the Shockwave in MSI format and you can have the same.[;)]
