Flex Builder License Help!!!!!

I am doing Flex Builder 3 pro application packaging.i captured the application using wise packaginn studio.but when i launch in the user it is again asking for the serial number.but i included license.properties file in the MSI. The license file will come at run time.The license file which i was included in the MSI is not working.Please somebody help how to supress the serial number window in the user.
Please it is urgent

If the app requires a serial number, suppressing the dialog is hardly likely to help. I don't know the package at all but I suspect that the license file you created is tied either to the machine you packaged on or to the account you packaged it with. You need to ask the vendor how the license file is created and recreate that process in a Custom Action.
