Genesys meeting center-Hangs up!

hello everyone,
i packaged a software that was a vendor MSI and wrapped it into an EXE using WPS. It works fine on local VM's as well on server locations if installed manually.
but when the package is pushed and installed through Tivoli. it installs fine with all the files getting installed. But when a user tries to login with their credentials it stucks up on that window and it never signs in.
However there is no sign in problem when just copied to thy location thru tivoli and installation done manually.

Please help out!
thanx in advance!!!

sounds like some CU settings are not right. Run procmon & see what is hanging it up.

Or alternatively:
- fire up your packaging tool of choice. Make a snapshot.
- uninstall the software
- install the software
See what changed :-)

tivoli installs with an elevated account. so when a user logs in, there are no user settings for that logged in user as would be expected. another issue is also likely permission issues as likely your local vms & server locations may not be as locked down as your user environment. of issue also is if you are using an elevated account to manually install & test in that environment but logging in with a test user account with limited privileges. does any self healing occur when the user logs in & uses the app the 1st time? if so, what is missing?
