First you can start with a book or some online how to's (google is your friend).
But perhaps you want to follow a course, I hear there is a 3 and a 5 day course, but you need bigger budget for this.
The online documentation start here.
You can also have a try on the Microsoft Virtual Labs, there the SCCM 2012 virtual application deployment, this will give a little inside, but mainly focus on the deployment of the app, not making it.
But I found out that if you really want the software, you need a software license account to download the software or somebody else that can supply with Microsoft product...
I could not find any trail version download.
