Hardlock Device driver Uninstallation

I have installed an applicaiton Stegmann PLA_2.0.0.0550. During installation the Hardlock Device Driver also getting installed.
Can we remove the hardlock device driver from the apps during un-installation? Or it could affect any other apps which might using this Hardlock device driver?
Please suggest me.
