Software Deployment

Hi,
I got 5 files in the source:
glogin.sql,oci.dll,orasqlplusic11.dll, sqlplus.exe,sqlplus.sym,sqlplus_readme. I have not packaged such application before.
from below links we can download, and we will get information about installing the same. but I am not understanding, installation process. After doubleclicking on sqlplus.exe it asks for oci.dll, which is not in source.
