Problems deploying OpenOffice

HELLO EVERYONE Iam Working with openoffice OOo_3.3.0_Win_x86_install-wJRE_en-US.exe  its a msi application ,after packaging while uninsatalling the application for testing it display a IE browser pop any one can help to supress this ,tried few options disabling in execute install sequence  but dint

I had a quick look at the msi, did you try conditioning out the ShowSurveyAfterUninstall custom action?

Does it happen even when you uninstall using the misiexec /x <productcode> /qn
