Help in repackaging "Brother HL 5350DN printer driver"
Hi,
I have to repackage the application "Brother HL 5350DN", it is a printer driver. Have to deploy the application silently.
Options tried:
1) Created setup.iss but that does not seem to be silent
2) No vendor msi
3) No switches from the setup.exe
If anyone have come across this app, please suggest.

Provided you want just the driver and not all the other junk that printer vendors like to bundle in, it'll be just the .INF, hopefully a .CAT, a .SYS and possibly some support DLLs.
Install it on your packaging VM and build a package around those files, using the DifXApp framework. If you have InstallShield, that makes it easy: you just select 'Driver' package, point it at the INF and compile.
Alternatively, why not just capture it?
