If the transform is is called from the network, check that access to the drive is always accessible.

Issue can be that the transform is marked Windows Installer 3.n only (in my example, Schema 301), and it's attempting execution on a PC with Windows Installer 2 only on it. DEBUG: Error 2759: Transform C:\WINNT\Installer\blahblah.mst version 301 incompatible with engineSolution: Install Windows installer 3.1 on the PC ( WindowsInstaller-KB893803-v2-x86.exe ) and re-try.
