Errors installing OpenText Imaging Viewer 9.7.0
hi trying to install open text imaging viewer 9.7.0 and getting the error like "the programme cannot start because ixasapi.dll is missing. try to reinstall the application" using the active set up method. please help me

You can download the missing file here http://web.mit.edu/ops/services/oracle/ixos/OpenText_IXOS-eCONSolutionSuite50B_SUN/win32cln/pkg/CWIN/bin/
and try putting it in the System32 directory. Please note that this is not my site and I have not tested this in anyway.

hi thanks for sharing but cannot download the missing file from there. i am manually installing and it is working fine but through script it is not. - shilesh1982 12 years ago
