How can an attachment be removed from a KACE Service Desk Ticket?
The wrong file was attached to a service desk ticket, what is the procedure to remove/replace that attachment?

Did you ever get a resolution to this issue? I have encountered the same issue and we do not want to delete the ticket just the attachment. - kimimtt 8 years ago
