How Can I deploy Irfanview??
Hi all,
I download the iview433g_setup_groupmenu_fix.exe from internet and then I upload this exe on the kace.
the Command line: iview433g_setup_groupmenu_fix.exe /silent /group=1
why don't make the installation a group in the startmenu??
befor I upgrade the kace1000 have funktion.

Use the '/allusers=1' switch, placing it before '/group=1' on the command line.
What you are installing there appears to be a fixed installer, as there was an issue with the installer not creating the program group - https://irfanview-forum.de/archive/index.php/t-9017.html
Try specifying the '/allusers=1' switch, which installs the software for all users on system and creates the relevant global Start Menu/Desktop shortcuts
I'm not that up on KACE, but if it installs with a system context and the default option is to install per-user, the shortcut will be there - but only in the system profile and therefore not visible to your 'real' users.
As a troubleshooting step try the installer manually - does it create the expected shortcuts?
