How can I silently install a .exe program with SCCM?

I just got SCCM installed for our School District. Everything is working well for Imaging and also pushing apps out silently with .msi files. The problem I am running into is with .exe files. There are some freeware programs like Eagle Cadsoft that will not install silently no matter what I try. The only way to install a .exe with SCCM is to set it up manually and enter all the details in for the program. The software does install through the Software Center from SCCM but it is not silent you have to manually click on all the steps.

Is there anything I can find to help me silently install .exe files. The big one I am trying is the Eagle software. I have searched the internet for hours trying to figure out what else I can do to get these .exe programs to silently install. No luck at all.

Thank you in advance for your help. I have been working on this for over a week now with 0 .exe programs able to silently install

Have you tried "/?, /Help" switches?  Also, did you check to see if it is extracting any files (msi or else) in temp folder.  If this is an AdminStudio based application you should be able to create a response file.  In last resort you can take a setup capture.

Regards.

Maybe you can copy an existing installation to the target system and - if needed - apply the configuration to the registry? These steps could run "silent" by a little PowerShell script.
