How can we kill a process (SFTTRAY.EXE) from the system tray after shutting down an application?

Hi ALL. I am facing the problem regarding to this issue. I am unable to uninstall the application because after shut down the application sfttray.exe still running.
Please help to solve this.
I have already tried <VIRTUALENV TERMINATECHILDREN="TRUE">

There are multiple variants of this app name, but if you are referring to the Microsoft Application Virtualization (App-V) Client Tray application sfttray.exe you can issue a /exit to shut it down
