How do I create a list of Approvers in a Service Desk Queue

I have created a new service desk queue. In Queue customization, under Default Layout, I have selected APPROVAL_INFO -> Approver->Not Required->User Create.

How to I setup the Approver field to select from a user list? Or how to I set it up to only show a list of users who can Approve requests, etc.

In the queue details screen, you have an option to have all users as approvers. If you uncheck that box, you can set a group of approvers using a label as seen here:

You can create the approver label, and assign it to your users. When you Include the Approver field in your template, it will automatically provide the drop down with the labeled names.
