how do I do a adim install
sorry to be such a new new be but how do I do a admin install of a app so that every one on the pc can install it in a locked down system ? another term I seen used is call publishing the app if the steps are too many to list here can some one give me a link that give a step by step

The idea is for the .msi to be called via a Group Policy Object before the user logs in. That way, the software is installed with elevated admin priviledges.
BTW, all native Microsoft .msi's that I know of will function completely for a standard user. Be aware, though, that not all apps repackaged into .msi format will run properly for a standard user. Sometimes they require customization.
