How do I fix "VBE7INTL.DLL was not found" after installing SpellRight

Starting Word After installing Corporate package of Office 2010 and SpellRight I am presented with a "VBE7INTL.DLL was not found message and Word stops responding.

The Shared Office component VBA was missing in our Office package. Adding this to the Office installation fixed the problem.
