how to check exe got msi

hi,

is there a way we can check if .exe got msi inside it...

msiexec /i .exe /x or /a ....

Usually if you launch the EXE then check the %TEMP% folder for a MSI when the dialogue for the EXE comes up. Also note the MSI might be in a sub folder of %TEMP%.

You can run setup.exe with /a option to extract the msi to the desired location.
