How to deploy SEP 12.1.2100.2093 (MP1) using MDT Task Sequence in SCCM 2012

SEP is currently killing our task sequence after it finishes installing. We're running SEP as a exe, and running the /s switch seeing as how we used SEPM to disable reboot. I'm not sure what is causing this since it works perfectly fine in Altiris 6.9. Can anyone else suggest a different way of deploying? I've already tried it as an application with the .msi, it as a packaged exe, and in the task sequence itself.

I must be overlooking something
