How to download patch from KACE
I have 2 environments 1 internet facing and 1 with no internet connection.
How to download KACE patches on the internet facing KACE appliance. This appliance does not have any agents deploy to any servers. Try to download patches from Patch Download Settings but nothing happens.

1. setup the labels for the patches you need (MS, Oracle, whatever)
2. manage the subscriptions under Security | Patch Management | Subscriptions
3. configure your patch downloads under Security | Patch Management | Patch Download Settings; the best option is "all subscribed files", since the online appliance does not know which patches are missing on the offline appliance.
4. Set it as Online Source in the same settings page
5. Download the patches
6. export the patches
7. import the patches under Security | Patch Management | Patch Download Settings in the offline appliance

I have create a Label in Label Management for Microsoft patches with no restrict label usage.
In the subscriptions set Operation System Patches to All Types, Application Patches to All Types and assign the Label to it.
In Patch Download Settings: Configure to All subscribed files, Configure All subscribed files, Offline Update check and Online Source selects. But it does not show any progress after selecting Run Now. - awu 5 years ago
