How to fix internal error 2919
Hi there,
I've been working with Wise 7.0 for some time now but this is the first time i see this strange error. I tried to add JECONFIG.INI file into my package, but when i install the msi i get the following:
Internal Error 2919.
JECONFIG.INI1
Does anyone know how to fix that. It was supposed to be a very simple file drop but for some reason it is giving me a hard time.
Thanks,
XaviorPL

2919 indicates a missing CAB file. Check out the File table entry's sequence number versus the corresponding entry in the Media table and/or make sure the CAB file is specified in the Media table.

BTW, this ought to have been posted in the 'Windows Installer Errors' forum. One of the admins may move it.

Just ran into this issue and as VBScab suggested, checked the Media table and found that the CAB file was missing.
Tried re-adding several times to no avail. Finally, I realized to check for a certain setting which turned out to be the issue. Make sure in the Product Details that you don't have "Do not recompress files when saving."
Thought I'd share my solution.
