How to reinstall already installed software with KACE
Hi all,
How would you get KACE to re-install software that is already installed on a device? for example, I have a managed install that will install an agent on the targeted devices and I want to know if there is a way of asking KACE to force the install again on certain devices.
We are using version 7.0 of the K1000 so now have the Run Now button in the distribution module but when using this against my own machine that has the agent in question it does nothing because KACE can see the agent is already installed.
Hope this makes sense and thanks for any suggestions anyone has to offer.
