How to set run time value as a condition to feature table (to install particular feature) in the maintenance mode (Basic msi project)

HI,

I have installed a fresh installation and then while running maintenance mode (modify action), i want to install one feature (hidden) based on the condition. I have created one check box if the user selected the check box then i have to install the feature or else no need to install.
