How would I perform a SILENT UNINSTALL?
When sending a silent install to workstations that have a prior version I end up with two versions on the same computer in Add/Remove Programs. (Installing 11.033 to a computer with 10.014)

In brief to Answer your query, If you look at registry location detailed below you may find an entry for your app Like:
Location: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall
e.g WinRAR archiver and look for a entry: UninstallString it may be in the format: C:\Program Files\WinRAR\uninstall.exe run this command on the command prompt to uninstall. If its an MSI investigate upgrading the earlier version to the v11.033.
