HP ThinClients
Anyone use this to manage software on thin clients?
Normally I would have to follow these steps.
1. Disable write filter
2. Change enviro ver for temp drive (gives it room whilst installing)
3. Commit changes and reboot
Supposedly I can also install the software with the write filter enabled and use the command "ewfmgr c: -commit" to commit changes and restart although I have never tried this.
I tried to deploy a really small app to it with the below BAT file but it throws the error that "memory usage by filebased write filter reached critical levels" then the computer restarts. I assum due to the temp folder being too small.
cheops.msi /qb
ewfmgr c: -commit
