I am in the process of developing various dashboards in Power BI, particularly for Patch Management, Service Desk, Asset Management and Users.

If you have any specific suggestions on what metrics that you think would be valuable in any of these areas (or others), I would love to hear your thoughts re: KPIs, Trends, Detailed Data, etc.  I am thinking that it would be helpful to develop pages for each category with a dedicated page in each group for High-Level Managers, Managers and Analysts.  What would be helpful for you to see that could help you analyze your data and make better business decisions?  Any input at all would be much appreciated.  Thank you!  - Sonia
